Here’s a quick checklist to keep your property warm, cozy, and inviting:

• Freshen Up: After the heat and humidity of the summer, a deep clean of your property goes a long way. You could even consider some seasonal decorations - a few battery operated candles can instantly give a cozy feel.
  

• Check Your Heating: This is a non-negotiable for guest comfort on chilly winter nights! Ensure heaters and fireplaces are working safely and efficiently. We also recommend cleaning the filter of any air conditioning units.

• Draught-Proofing: Check your windows and doors and for gaps. Make sure to seal any to prevent cool air from getting in, and warm air from escaping. Remember, this will make a difference on your heating/cooling bill all year round.

• Extra Blankets: There’s nothing better than snuggling up after a long day under warm, plush blankets. Providing extra blankets for each bedroom and throw blankets for living areas can make all the difference in guest comfort.

• Couches & Rugs: Keeping your upholstery clean and dust free will allow your guests to fully relax during their stay. Assess your furniture and rugs for stains, and consider whether it’s time to get them professionally cleaned.
