The Guest Realty Story

Hi there, I’m Anna, Director of Guest Realty, mother of two cheeky young children, property fanatic, and specialist property manager.

Having spent my early career acquiring my Real Estate License over 10 years ago, I fell in love with Sydney’s Real Estate market.

Fast forward to today, I've built a very specialised set of skills in Holiday letting/ management and pride myself on the longevity of Guest Realty. Riding the pandemic wave, experiencing a full property cycle, and helping our loyal clientele reap the rewards from the short-term rental market.

Guest Realty aligns with like-minded property owners. We understand the importance of building trusted relationships, creating a reliable professional team behind the brand, choosing quality over quantity, adapting mindful communication skills (in a 24/7 business this has been key to success) and providing a “can do” attitude.

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a completely hands-free experience for our property clients/ owners, coupled with a wonderful experience for their guests.

With over 11 years hosting experience in Australia, and recognised as an Airbnb superhost, Elena is committed to providing outstanding hospitality, 24/7. Highly-rated, experienced, reliable, and responsive, Elena's mantra is all about delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Elena is passionate about embracing emerging technologies in the short-term rental sector, and closely follows global trends to ensure she can deliver the best results for guests and owners.

In addition to her hosting experience, Elena has a background in commercial photography and revenue growth management.

With her experience, dedication, and "can-do" attitude, Elena upholds outstanding service in our property management operations.

Marianne Mentis, Business Development Manager.

Marianne is dedicated to securing great properties across the Eastern Suburbs, CBD, and inner city, ensuring they align with the high standards that define Guest Realty. Her expertise lies in helping property owners maximize their return on investment while navigating the dynamic short-term rental landscape.

Acting as a vital link between property owners and guest relations, Marianne combines strategic insight with a personal touch. She ensures every owner feels confident and supported, while properties are perfectly positioned to deliver outstanding guest experiences. With her commitment to excellence and passion for building strong partnerships, Marianne plays a pivotal role in Guest Realty’s continued success.

Sanaz Day, Assistant Property Manager.

Sanaz brings a dynamic and detail-oriented approach to her role as an Assistant Property Manager at Guest Realty.

Sanaz’s role within the team is to support our Operations and Property Management team, ensuring every property in the portfolio meets the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance and presentation, & doing whatever it takes “behind the scenes” to ensure our property owners know that we are maximizing the potential of their investment, and, that our guests have a fantastic experience.

Sanaz’s strong communication skills and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Guest Realty team.

British-born, Sanaz is also a qualified fitness / personal trainer/ women’s health & nutrition coach, and can also be tracked down in the gym every day.

Eva Sweeney, Account Manager

With over 10 years of experience in the short-term rentals industry, Eva is a Trust Accounts Specialist, expertly managing the financial side of Guest Realty.

Eva's extensive knowledge of industry regulations, combined with a sharp eye for detail, ensures that all funds are handled with care, transparency and accuracy. Outside of work, Eva has a passion for traveling the globe, bringing a world of perspective and a personal understanding of what makes this work so special.

Friendly, approachable, and always reliable, Eva is a go-to resource for both property owners and the business, providing peace of mind that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.
